4.4 Project Ownership
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, ownership of final project deliverables will transfer to the client only after full payment has been received. Any preliminary concepts, drafts, proposals, unused designs, source files, templates, methodologies, frameworks, or working materials created during the project will remain the property of EXP Design. We also retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, processes, intellectual property, or reusable components used in the course of the project.
Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, EXP Design may showcase completed work as part of our portfolio and promotional materials. This may include displaying the finished project, using the client’s name or logo, sharing screenshots or visual samples, and referring to the project in case studies, presentations, awards, competitions, marketing materials, or on our website and social media platforms. Where specific confidentiality obligations have been agreed upon separately, we will make reasonable efforts to respect and comply with those commitments.
EXP Design may use artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, automation tools, or other emerging technologies as part of our creative and operational processes. This may include idea generation, drafting, prototyping, accessibility evaluations, design assistance, content creation, analytics, workflow optimization, or project execution.

Delayed payments may attract interest at the rate of 18% per annum or at the maximum rate permitted under applicable law. We also reserve the right to pause or suspend work on projects where payments remain overdue. Any work requested outside the originally agreed scope of the project may be charged separately.

You agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of a project or engagement obtained through the website.
