We have taken care of everything within the estate so you can arrive and be fully present from day one.
Hotel Accommodation – Five nights at Mundota Palace and Fort, Jaipur (23rd-27th October) with 28th October being the checkout date.
Airport Transfers – Return pick-up and drop-off between Jaipur International Airport and the venue.
All Meals at the Estate – Daily meals and beverages throughout the programme.site-responsive sessions and curated gatherings.
All Summit Experiences and Programming – Keynotes, workshops, experimental labs, cultural evenings, site-responsive sessions and curated gatherings.
International or Domestic Flights – Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from Jaipur.
Travel Visa and Documentation – Visa applications and associated costs are the responsibility
of each participant.
Travel Insurance for International Attendees – We strongly recommend all participants arrange comprehensive travel and health insurance prior to arrival.
Personal Expenses – Any personal purchases, alcohol, spa treatments, or incidentals outside
of the summit programme.
Pre/Post Event Accommodation – Nights outside the official summit window (before 23rd October or after 27th October) are not covered.

Series creator, writer and director Jean-Paul Mertinez and Producer Meena Khera bring Love The Earth for its exclusive India debut at EDS 2026.
Set against the spectacular backdrop of Mundota Fort & Palace in Jaipur, this special 30-minute Opening Night Experience showcases the series unique DNA through exclusive animated previews, cultural conversations and live music performances, bringing Love The Earth to life through a rich storytelling style multi-generational audiences can enjoy together.
Jean-Paul is joined by Indian music’s star duo Maati Baani , known for their vibrant fusion of traditional and contemporary sounds, and whose seismic performances have garnered tens of millions of views worldwide, and Indigenous elder Poonacha , who will share knowledge and wisdom from his Coorg heritage in South India. The session will be moderated by Samit Garg , Co-Founder and MD of E-Factor Experiences Ltd .
Featuring exciting announcements about the series and its creative journey, the evening culminates in an interactive Tree of Promises , inviting guests to become part of a new, positive story for the planet.
