Your participation fee covers a fully immersive five-day residency at Mundota Palace and Fort.
We have taken care of everything within the estate so you can arrive and be fully present from day one.
Hotel Accommodation – Five nights at Mundota Palace and Fort, Jaipur (23rd-27th October) with
28th October being the checkout date.
Airport Transfers – Return pick-up and drop-off between Jaipur International Airport and the venue.
All Meals at the Estate – Daily meals and beverages throughout the programme.site-responsive sessions and curated gatherings.
All Summit Experiences and Programming – Keynotes, workshops, experimental labs, cultural evenings, site-responsive sessions and curated gatherings.
International or Domestic Flights – Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel
to and from Jaipur.
Travel Visa and Documentation – Visa applications and associated costs are the responsibility
of each participant.
Travel Insurance for International Attendees – We strongly recommend all participants arrange comprehensive travel and health insurance prior to arrival.
Personal Expenses – Any personal purchases, alcohol, spa treatments, or incidentals outside
of the summit programme.
Pre/Post Event Accommodation – Nights outside the official summit window
(before 23rd October or after 27th October) are not covered.
